Soaked In Oak 2025 is coming soon. The event featuring the release of Minutiae (2025) and Arabesque (2025), with the option to pick up bottles at the event. We also have 2 special releases, Minutiae Vanilla Rye 2025 (ambassador exclusive - will only be on draft to the public at Soaked In Oak) and Arabesque Reserve 2025. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out, with up to three options to choose from.

There is no ticket limit per person.
A limited number of Designated Driver (DD) tickets are available. DD tickets do not allow sampling of barrel-aged beers and exclude the items below.

IF YOU’RE NOT ATTENDING SOAKED IN OAK, bottle pickups for non-ticket holders start Sunday, October 26th at 11 AM at both taproom locations. These releases will also be available on tap starting at the same time.

The public first come, first serve sale is now LIVE on the Lake Zurich AND Elmhurst OZNR pages. The public sale window ends the day of the event - Saturday, October 25th at 10:00 AM.
Minutiae (2025)
Minutiae 2025 marks the sixth iteration of this series, blending three imperial stout recipes aged 20–45 months in Elijah Craig 10- & 20-year, Henry McKenna 10-year, and George Dickel 15-year bourbon barrels. The result carries deep notes of dark berry, espresso, chocolate, and soft vanilla.
Minutiae: VANILLA RYE
Minutiae 2025: Vanilla Rye is a one-off built on our high-rye stout base, aged in Rittenhouse and Willet Rye barrels, and conditioned on Madagascar Bourbon and Mexican vanilla beans. Expect spice, char, and smoke layered with rich pastry tones, baker’s chocolate, and fresh espresso.
arabesque 2025: RESERVE
Arabesque Reserve 2025 builds from the 2024 base, extending its rest in oak to 36 months. The additional time amplifies both malt and spirit, revealing layers of fig syrup, tobacco, and warm bourbon tones over vanilla and deep wood character. Richer, darker, and more profound on the palate.
ARABESQUE (2025)
Arabesque 2025 returns after 22 months of rest, built from a blend of specialty malts anchored in Maris Otter. Deep notes of fig, toffee, and caramel candy weave with rich spirit and oak, giving this year’s expression both weight and lift.
