Come out and meet one of the owners and brewer for the newest brewery in Chicago, Shaun Berns!
He will be here from 7-830pm.

We will be tapping their two beers being released this week:

Protocol: A double IPA brewed with Citra, El Dorado and Galaxy. Smooth, creamy body, loaded with citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors.
ABV: 8%

Marmalade: An IPA brewed with soft wheat and creamy flaked oats brewed with Citra and a dash of Columbus. Tropical fruit is balanced by the classic “green” and citrusy character of columbus hops.
ABV: 6.5%

Can release will be earlier in the week. Keep an eye out for an announcement on that soon.
