Food Runner/Busser:

As a Busser/Food Runner at Phase Three Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers. You will work closely with the serving staff and kitchen team to deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately to our guests. This is a food runner position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Food and Beverages: Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the accuracy and quality, plating of each order and item leaving the kitchen.

  • Collaborating with the Team: You will work closely with the serving staff, kitchen team, and bartenders to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of food and drinks. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for this role.

  • Assisting Guests: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns they may have. Be knowledgeable about the menu and the taproom's offerings.

  • Table Setup and Maintenance: Assist in setting up tables, clearing and resetting them, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area throughout service. This includes removing dirty dishes and utensils, refilling water glasses, and maintaining cleanliness.

  • Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or issues that arise. Strive to create a positive dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

  • Following Food Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Proper handling and transportation of food items are crucial.

HOST

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Host to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, seating them, managing waitlists, and pouring beer from our Welcoming Center. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing outstanding hospitality.
we’re looking for outgoing, hard-working, and craft beer focused individuals to work a minimum of (3) shifts each week including weekends and holidays. Host will work directly with management and fellow team members to create a memorable taproom + restaurant experience for our guests every day. The ideal candidate understands the mantra of “work hard, play hard” by working hard to create a guest experience that exceeds expectations as well as interacting well with fellow team members at phase three brewing co.

Server


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and be able to work well with other staff members.

As a Server at Phase Three Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while serving craft beers and food, and assisting the team in ensuring the smooth operation of the taproom and food service. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, craft beer & food menu knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team.

  • Full Hands In, Full Hands Out: Proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including refilling water glasses, clearing empty glasses and plates, and promptly delivering food orders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and company policies, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated customers.

  • Cash Handling and Credit Card Payments: Accurately process cash transactions and handle credit card payments following the brewery's protocols. Maintain a balanced cash register throughout your shift.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures, Basset certification (for responsible alcohol service), food handlers certification, and proper sanitation practices.

  • Flexibility: Embrace a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Be prepared to work both full-time and part-time hours as required by business needs.
